They will not, and you should plan around that. Your view figures per upload will stay where they are while the subscriber count rises, which slightly worsens the ratio between the two. Some creators offset this by ordering YouTube Views on their newest video so the two numbers stay in a plausible relationship.

It really does not. YouTube counts valid public watch hours and legitimate subscribers, reviews channels manually when it wants to, and removes what it considers artificial before the threshold is granted.
