Authenticity of customer reviews
Trust requires clear labelling. This page explains how Socialvantix handles published customer reviews and what we can reasonably claim about their authenticity.
The essentials at a glance
What you should know
A review may be labelled as a verified purchase only when it can be matched to a genuine order through technical or organisational checks. We do not claim universal verification where that link is unavailable.
Critical reviews are not removed merely for being negative. Spam, abuse, demonstrably false factual claims or content with no relevant customer experience may be moderated.
What “verified” means
A verified-purchase label should only be used when the review could be linked to a real order. Other comments remain personal statements that are not fully purchase-verified.
How it works
A review is submitted
The contributor describes their own experience with a service or support.
Relevant signals are checked
Where needed, order relationship, spam patterns or supporting details may be reviewed.
Status is disclosed
Verification and any incentive are not hidden from readers.
