When you place an order with Socialvantix, we process the data you provide, in particular your name, email address, billing details, order data, payment status, product selection, and the target URL or social media username required to deliver the service. This processing is necessary for the performance of the contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Depending on the payment method selected, payment data is transmitted to the respective payment service provider, for example PayPal, Klarna, credit card providers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other providers shown at checkout. The privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies in addition for payment processing.
6. Service delivery for social media services
To fulfil an order, we may share the information necessary for delivery with technical service providers or delivery partners. This generally includes only the target URL, the public username, the ordered quantity, the selected service, and, where applicable, comment text requested by the customer. Passwords are never requested and must not be transmitted.
