Why anything is lost at all
Platforms like Instagram close accounts all the time, for reasons that have nothing to do with your order. Each closed account takes its follow or like with it. A slight drop in the weeks after delivery is therefore normal, on every profile, bought or not.

How to request a refill
The refill is not automatic, because we do not watch your profile. Report the drop by replying to the order email or writing to us via the contact page, with your order number and the approximate number. We check the count and top up the missing amount.
What a refill does not mean
A refill does not mean the number never drops. It means: if the delivered amount drops within the period, we top it back up. After the period, later losses remain.
An example
You order 1,000 Instagram followers on 1 March and delivery is complete on 3 March. On 20 March your profile shows 940 of the 1,000 delivered followers. The refill period for Instagram followers is 30 days from delivery, so until 2 April. You report the drop and we top up the missing 60. If the count only drops in May, that is outside the period.
Frequently asked questions
Does the refill cost anything?
No. It is included in the price of the product, as long as you report within the period.
How quickly is it topped up?
We check your report by hand and then start the refill; it is usually complete a few days later.
Does the refill apply to likes and views too?
For likes, yes, if the product page shows a period; for Instagram likes it is 365 days. For views and other products, what the product page says applies.
Where do I find the period for my product?
On the product page and in your order confirmation. If there is no period stated, the product has no refill period.
